As a computer science and engineering Tech Prep student, David Leal graduated third in his class in 1999 from Rowe High School in McAllen, Texas with numerous awards for his outstanding work. After graduating from Rice University with a degree in Electrical Engineering, David joined Motorola where he is now an Applications Engineer with the Networking and Computing Systems Group.
